The facility located at 2655 Dividend Drive, Memphis, TN has a total of 35,000 square feet of space dedicated to lecture, shop, and lab areas contain industry related equipment and computers needed for demonstration and instruction. Modern computers, software, printers, and all necessary equipment and supplies are provided for students in the Computer Technology and Medical programs. Wiring projects and supplies, refrigeration equipment, furnaces, air conditioning units, PLC trainers, motor projects and other related equipment are provided for the use of the Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration students.
Current equipment and supplies encountered in the medical field are provided for use in the Medical Assistant Program and equipment and teaching resources are available to the Cosmetology students. Library resource materials are available to all students beyond normal school hours. Maximum class size is 30 students. Enrollment Capacity: 300 students per session. Theory classes are limited in size to a 30:1 student/teacher ratio and labs are limited to a 20:1 ratio.

Students who successfully complete this program will receive the education and training they need to prepare for the State Board Examination. Successful graduates who receive a professional cosmetology license will be able to
perform any standard cosmetology service in a beauty salon. Students will learn the technical skills and theory of hair dressing, hair cutting, permanent weaving, hair coloring, manicuring, iron curling, and business. Students will also study hair structure and hair chemistry to better understand the chemicals used in cosmetology.

Information Systems Security

Medical Assistant
This program is designed to prepare the student for an entry-level position as a medical assistant performing medical procedures, lab techniques, and front office duties. All graduates of the Medical Assistant program are eligible for certification by the American Medical Technologist (AMT) as a Registered Medical Assistant after passing the AMT examination or for certification by the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) as a Certified Medical Assistant after passing the NCCT examination.
Computer Systems and Network Technology
This program is designed to meet the ever-increasing need for trained computer service personnel. A graduate of this program will be able to work in an entry-level position in the information technology industry and will acquire knowledge of Novell and Microsoft operating systems as well as TCP/IP router configurations.
