The facilities are located at 4343 S. 118th E. Ave., Suite A, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The campus building occupies approximately 30,000 square feet of office, classroom, and lab areas. Enrollment Capacity: 200 students per session. Theory classes are limited in size to a 30:1 student/teacher ratio and labs are limited to a 20:1 ratio.

The Commission is listed by the U.S. Office of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency under the provision of Chapter 33, Title 38, U.S. Code and subsequent legislation. Computer Technology
The objective of this program is to provide graduates with the skills needed for entry-level employment as a computer technician for hardware components, a network installer and troubleshooter, small network administrator, and/or a service technician.
Electrical Mechanic
This program is designed to prepare the graduate with the theory and working knowledge of Electrical Installation, Maintenance and Repair to begin a career as an entry-level electrician. Students may receive nationally-recognized certifications through the National Center for Construction Education and Research.
Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic
The objective of this program is to prepare students with the theory and working knowledge necessary to enter the work field as an entry-level heating, air conditioning and refrigeration service mechanic.
Medical Office Assistant
The objective of this program is to prepare the student for entry-level employment as a Medical Office Assistant performing administrative, clerical and assisting duties within the health care field.
Computer Systems and Network Technology
The objective of this program is to provide graduates with the skills needed for entry-level employment as a computer technician for hardware components, a network installing, monitoring, and troubleshooting, advanced network administrator, service technician, system administrator, and Internet technician.
Criminal Justice
The objective of this program is to prepare the graduate with an overview of police, prosecution, courts, and the correctional system. Graduates will have the skills necessary to procure entry level position as a Corrections Officer, Security Guard, Gaming Surveillance Officer, Loss Prevention Specialist or Private Investigator. Some of the previous occupations may require additional operations training or licensing.
Electrical Technology
The objective of this program is to prepare the graduate with theory and working knowledge to work in the field as an entry level Electrical Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Service Mechanic with an operating knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers.
Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology-
The objective of this program is to prepare the graduate in theory and working knowledge to enter the work field as an entry-level air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration service mechanic with an operating knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers.
Medical Assistant
The objective of this program is to prepare the student for entry-level employment as a Medical Assistant. Students graduating from this program will have the necessary skills to obtain employment in the medical field working both administrative and clinical areas within the health care field.
